Our Deerfield Countryside Cottage is a peaceful invitation to breathe deeper and simply enjoy nature. Located only 10 min north of downtown Waco & the Magnolia Silos, this cottage was custom designed and built with your comfort in mind!
Set on our wooded 10 acre property, guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country.
Deerfield Countryside Cottage is approximately 1,000 square feet and has a private king-size master suite, two double beds in loft, a full sized living area, and a kitchenette with a full set of dishes, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, mini-fridge and all the essential cooking utensils.

Deerfield Countryside Cabins is a gathering of 6 tiny lodges, built in a circle with sidewalks that lead to a center gathering spot.
Each feature a custom-built, fold-down Murphy bed with an incredibly comfortable Arapahoe® king-size mattress, and a double bed in the loft suitable for 1 to 2 children (or an adult who doesn't mind a ladder). The kitchen includes a coffee pot, toaster oven, small range, refrigerator, utensils, dishes and a table for 2. The bathroom holds a full shower. There is no shortage of spaces to relax; between a custom couch that folds under the Murphy bed, two porch chairs, and a pergola in the center of the cabins with a swing and firepit.

Amazing tiny house experience! We stayed 2 nights and the hosts were so accommodating and kind! Our kids played with their kids while they tended to empty tiny houses for their next guests. Super quiet location and so charming! The sunrise- WOW! Definitely worth brewing a cup of coffee, sitting on the porch and watching 😍 Highly recommend this when you stay in Waco!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this cabin! These tiny homes are located in a relaxing remote area, and has all the amenities you can ask for. It's comfortable for 4 people and has a good size restroom (with toiletries from Beekman 1802)and a cute loft above with access from a sliding ladder. The Murphy bed folds out to a huge king size bed. There is a gazebo in the center with a swinging bench and the grounds are well maintained.
The reservation process was so easy. Very friendly and the place was so cute!! This is one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip from northern Minnesota to Texas. Very quaint and quiet. Highly recommend
Absolutely loved staying in one of these tiny houses! Stylish, cool, and quiet area. Was very clean and tidy. Really great place to stay For a couple and/or small group of friends. If I was to come back to Waco or the area, I would most definitely stay in one of these cabins again.
